Hosting of a reception, a lunch, a breakfast, break(s), the lanyard, the back page of the program, a device charging station, the back page of the welcome packet, the hotel internet/wifi… (on a “first registered – first choice” basis).

Passes for two representatives.

Recognition and introduction by the Summit MC in the beginning of the Summit.

Sponsor’s representatives’ photos and an 80-word company description in the Summit printed program.

Sponsor’s printed promotional material (3-page maximum) inserted into the Summit welcome packet given to all attendees at the Summit (material must be shipped to SS&M for fulfillment).

Name, title and company name of each attendee two weeks before the MediaGrowth Summit. Contact information for attendees will be included based on each attendee’s “Opt-In/Out” decision.

Promotion as an MediaGrowth Sponsor from the time the signed agreement and deposit are received by Simonsen Sales & Marketing until the Summit.
