Ted Coene is Co-Owner & President of Group C Media & Events. Mr. Coene’s responsibilities include overseeing all financial responsibilities of Group C Media & Events including the business development of the company, acquisitions, and overall P&L and balance sheet responsibility, plus the Business Facilities brand and the event division which includes the LiveXchange franchise, and Continuity Insights Management Conference.

Mr. Coene’s acquisitions of LawnSite, PlowSite, Turf and Continuity Insights were instrumental in restoring Group C Media & Events to profitability (Lawnsite and Plowsite were subsequently sold). Mr. Coene is also the founder of the events division, selling that founding property, The TFM Show, to one of the largest event producers, Hanley Wood and subsequently launching Group C Media’s hosted-buyer events including Business Facilities’ LiveXchange, Business Facilities LiveXchange Fall Forum and Campus Resilience and Security LiveXchange. Business Facilities LiveXchange, which focuses on corporate relocation and site selection, was honored by Expo magazine as the best new non-traditional launch of 2005.
Mr. Coene received a B.A. from Wake Forest University and attended the Leon Hess Business School at Monmouth University.
