In an era of rapid evolution in media platforms and revenue models, Tim has orchestrated the metamorphosis of multiple publications from a narrow print focus to synergistic print/digital/online/face-to-face multimedia publishing, with solid fiscal results, Prior to forming CCI Media, Tim held executive positions with B2B media organizations of widely varied sizes, including VNU, Cygnus Business Media, IIR Publishing, Duke Communications, Johnson Hill Press, and Stamats Business Media.

Tim formed CCI Media LLC in August of 2010, and in February of 2011 consummated its initial acquisition, purchasing print and digital brands from Watt Global Media of Rockford, IL. In December of 2015 CCI acquired the assets of the Woodworking Network from Vance Publishing, and transformed it into the umbrella brand for all media products produced by CCI Media. Those properties include two print titles, four trade shows, an executive conference, a robust web site producing in excess of 300,000 page views per month, and a variety of digital media and custom media products. Among its titles, CCI Media publishes the worlds largest industrial woodworking magazine and currently employs 20 full time associates. CCI Media is headquartered in Cedar Rapids, IA.
