Questex’s revenue is now 50% digital and 50% events after it’s pivot in the last two years. In 2019 70% of its revenue was generated by its events, Questex’s response to the unprecedented challenges of the last two years had to be both creative and courageous. Beyond the move to virtual and hybrid formats, the company’s event planners have had to rethink the purposes and processes of meeting the needs of audiences and sponsors.
