If you register by February 2nd, 2017 you will receive a complimentary application for MediaGrowth Awards plus a discount on the Summit. You may register online or mail a check made out to Simonsen Sales & Marketing, LLC to 12108 Lakeshore S, Auburn, CA 95602. The postmark date will determine your early qualification. Either way your registration confirmation will be emailed from Kathi Simonsen, Simonsen Sales & Marketing.
Cancellation Policy: Substitutions from the same company may be made in writing, contact Kathi Simonsen, by March 30th, 2017. Cancellations received in writing on or before March 3rd are fully refundable minus a $100 administration fee. Cancellations received in writing on or before March 30th will be refunded minus a $400 fee. No refunds after March 30th, 2017. All registrants must submit payment at the time of registration.

If for any reason this event is cancelled or postponed, MediaGrowth Executive Summit is not responsible for airfare and other travel costs incurred by clients. MediaGrowth Executive Summit will not be held liable for personal property that is lost, damaged, or stolen during the event. Use of video cameras or other video recording devices during the Summit is prohibited.
